COUNTER-NOTICE PROCEDURE
If you believe that content was removed from our website due to a mistaken or misidentified DMCA claim, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

- Identification of the specific content that was removed and its former location on the site
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your jurisdiction

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent the reinstatement.
REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Night Play has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or partners who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We will take such action when we determine, in our sole discretion, that a person or entity has been notified of infringing activity more than once and remains in violation of our policies.
MODIFICATIONS TO THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
All games displayed on Night Play are linked from third-party platforms and operated by their respective rights holders. If infringing content is hosted on a third-party platform (e.g., the actual game files), we recommend also filing a DMCA notice directly with that platform, as they hold the actual content.
We will remove any links or references from our site upon receiving a valid notice, even if the content itself is hosted elsewhere.
